Upon a lotus and moon on the crown of my head
于我顶上莲花月轮之上，
Is the glorious guru, Samantabhadra in the form of Vajradhara,
吉祥上师普贤王如来，现金刚持身，
Greatly blissful Vajrasattva,
即大乐金刚萨埵，
White and luminous, holding a vajra and a bell.
身白光明，手持金刚杵与铃。
Adorned with silks and jewel ornaments,
绸衣珠宝为庄严，
He embraces his consort, his self-radiance.
拥抱自光所现佛母。
Blazing with the major and minor marks,
相好炽然，
He abides with his two legs in vajra posture.
双足安住金刚跏趺。
From the mantra garland circling
从环绕着
The syllable HUNG upon a moon disc in his heart,
其心间月轮上 HUNG 字的咒鬘，
Light emanates making offerings to the buddhas and their heirs,
放光供养诸佛及佛子，
Purifying the obscurations of all beings,
净除一切众生障蔽，
Placing the world and beings in the state of great vajra bliss.
将器情世界安置于金刚大乐境界。
The light returns into the mantra as a stream of amrita,
光芒化为甘露之流，回入咒语，
Which now pours forth a stream of nectar, an abundant flow of
咒语随即涌出甘露之流，充沛的
bodhichitta.
菩提心之流。
As it enters through the aperture of Brahma on top of my head
由我头顶梵穴进入，
And fills my body, it purifies illnesses, negative influences, negative actions
充满我身，净除疾病、恶缘、恶业
and obscurations,
与障蔽，
And grants me the empowerments and accomplishments.
赐我灌顶与成就。
Concentrate on this visualization and recite the hundred-syllable mantra as many times as you can.
专注于此观想，尽力多诵百字明。
At the end, you can do the confession and promise more elaborately by reciting the Rudra’s Lament, “OM Great compassionate one, the conqueror Vajrasattva … 118 and so on. Or more simply, you can say the usual prayers, “O protector! In my ignorance …” and so on as follow.
最后，可念诵《鲁札之哀歌》（Rudra’s Lament）：“O M 大悲尊，胜者金刚萨埵……”[118]等等，较广地作忏悔与立誓。或较简略地念诵通常的祈祷文，如下所述：“怙主！我因无知……”等等。
O protector! In my ignorance and delusion
怙主！我因无知与愚痴，
I have gone against and corrupted my samaya.
违犯并毁坏了自己的三昧耶。
Guru protector, be my refuge!
上师怙主，请作我的皈依！
Chief of all the mandalas, vajra holder,
一切坛城之主，持金刚者，
Embodiment of great compassion,
大悲之化身，
Chief of all living beings, in you I take refuge!
一切有情之主，我皈依您！
I confess all my impairments of the root and branch samayas of body, speech and mind. I implore you: let my negative actions, obscurations, wrong doing and downfalls—all my flaws—be completely cleansed and purified!
我忏悔身、语、意根本及支分三昧耶的一切毁损。我祈请您：愿我的恶业、障蔽、过失与堕罪——一切过患——全部洗净、清净！
At these words of mine, Vajrasattva is pleased and smiling, grants me the purification of all my negative actions and wrong doing. Granting his forgiveness, he melts into light and dissolves into me. As a result, I rest in the natural state free of object, thought or word as my mind merges inseparably with his wisdom mind.
听到我的这些话，金刚萨埵欢喜微笑，赐予我一切恶业与过失的清净。他赐予宽恕，化光融入我身。由此，我的心与他的智慧心不可分离地融合，安住于远离所缘、思虑与言说的本然状态。
