序言

Chimé Phakmé Nyingtik is a very important treasure teaching from Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. It is one of my personal practices, and I do its short sadhana every day. It is a very precious teaching and a great blessing, and from my own experience even people who are terminally ill can survive through its practice.

无死圣母心髓（Chimé Phakmé Nyingtik）是蒋扬钦哲旺波极为重要的一部伏藏教法。它是我个人所修的法门之一，我每天都修持它的简轨。这是极其珍贵、加持殊胜的教法；就我自身的经验而言，即使病入膏肓的人，也能通过修持此法而存活下来。

Gyurme Avertin is an experienced Tibetan/French/English translator and an expert in the Chimé Phakmé Nyingtik practice. For the past twelve years, he has been translating sadhanas, explanatory texts and oral commentaries related to the subject. I am very pleased that he has composed this remarkable book, comprising a selection of works that encompass the very essence of this exceptional practice.
